Seller registration information must be true and valid. Registering accounts under another person's identity is prohibited. Enterprise sellers must hold all statutory qualifications, licenses and certifications required to import/export and operate the corresponding product categories.
Bulk registration of puppet accounts, associated accounts or shell accounts to brush orders, evade security deposits, evade penalties or split orders to circumvent risk control is prohibited.
One entity may hold only one primary account. Associated sub-accounts must be filed with the platform, and the primary account bears full joint and several liability for all sub-account activities.
1. Publish accurate product information. Product title, price, currency and unit of measurement must be accurate.
2. Fulfil orders in accordance with the time, specifications, quantity and quality standards agreed in order tickets.
3. Respond to inquiries promptly and shall not be unreachable without reason. Low response rates may reduce exposure.
4. Guarantee that listed products do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Compensate buyer losses and cooperate with platform rulings when disputes arise.
6. Cooperate with platform risk control, dispute investigations, IP complaints and regulatory investigations.
7. Bear compliance obligations for the destination country of goods, including product certification, labeling, environmental regulations and recall obligations.
8. Properly safeguard accounts, keys and two-factor authentication. Losses arising from account theft or leakage shall be borne by the seller.
1. Publish products, receive inquiries and close orders subject to full compliance with all platform rules.
2. Apply for payment withdrawal per the platform settlement cycle if there are no disputes, risk control freezes or pending indemnities.
3. Submit evidence within platform tickets and participate in dispute hearings when transaction disputes arise.
4. Submit appeal materials within seven (7) days upon receipt of notice of platform penalties.
5. Report malicious buyers, malicious complaints and forged evidence.
Product titles, images, videos and descriptions shall not infringe third-party trademark, copyright, portrait right or design patent. The seller warrants authorization for use of product images and video materials.
Product information shall not contain false, exaggerated, misleading descriptions or absolute promotional wording.
Unit of measurement, specifications, material, origin, packaging method and certification information must be true and accurate.
Products must be published under correct categories. Mis-categorization to evade platform review is prohibited.
Shops shall not place off-platform contact information, private collection information or text/QR codes guiding off-platform transactions within product details, inquiries or tickets.
The following shall not be listed:
1. Legally prohibited circulating goods, controlled goods, dangerous goods, flammable and explosive goods, narcotics, firearms and cultural relics.
2. Goods subject to import/export control or mandatory certification without corresponding qualifications.
3. Goods subject to international sanctions and export control lists.
The platform may dynamically update prohibited lists and restricted category lists. After updates, sellers must remove non-compliant goods within the platform-specified time limit.
The platform may conduct pre-release, in-process and post-listing sampling inspections. Upon discovery of non-compliant goods, the platform may remove or block goods and penalize sellers. Platform review shall not constitute a guarantee of product legality, quality or intellectual property rights.
1. Sell prohibited goods, infringing goods and counterfeit goods.
2. False promotion, forged inspection reports and forged customs documents.
3. Order brushing and fake transaction creation.
4. Guide off-platform private transactions.
5. Refuse performance, maliciously delay lead times and deliberately deliver non-conforming goods.
6. Threaten and harass buyers and forge evidence to resist platform investigations.
7. Use the platform for money laundering, foreign exchange evasion and illegal export activities.
8. Ship goods to sanctioned and embargoed entities.
9. Steal drawings, schemes and customer data of other platform users.
Reviews shall not contain abusive, threatening, advertising, privacy-disclosing, illegal or extortionate content, and shall not be forged. Brushing positive reviews, malicious negative reviews and paid review modification are prohibited.
Upon receipt of complaints of non-compliant reviews, the platform may delete or hide non-compliant reviews and penalize users publishing non-compliant reviews. Buyers and sellers shall not negotiate paid modification or deletion of reviews.
